To place an order, simply add the items you would like by clicking "ADD TO CART" at the bottom of the description. Add as many books as you would like, then click the "CHECKOUT" button in the cart when ready.

Click what shipping method you would like the book to be shipped by. Please note that UPS Ground shipping includes insurance, as well as item tracking. UPS will not, however, ship to PO Boxes, our outside of the lower 48 states.

After completing your shipping information, the final page of checkout will give you payment options.

You may pay securely online through PayPal, a 3rd party service by credit card by the Secure On-Line method. If you choose this, you shouldn't need to contact us further, unless you have any special instructions or concerns for the order. We may email you if we have any questions, however.

If you wish to pay by money order, personal check, or send your credit card information through the mail, you can use the Print & Mail option. It will give you a printable invoice, and will have a form to fill in the additional information you might want to send.

You may also use the E-Mail & Call option, which will send a copy of the order to us by email, and give you a phone number to call us by, and give us your credit card information over the phone. This will be the fastest option, most likely.
