"Stoney" St. Clair (Nov. 9, 1912-Dec. 3, 1980) held court and built his legend. A sign out front read "Stoney Knows How, Tattooing, By the Teacher of the Art, Since 1928".

The classes will include learning a Tai Chi form (which is a slow, relaxing, graceful series of movements based on animal behavior) plus the fundamentals of chi, chi kung, Taoist breathing, meditation, self-defense applications, philosophy, I-Ching and more.
The form, taught to them by the late Dr. Fred Wu who they started studying with in 1974, is based on Yang style (one of the 4 main family styles) and developed by Lee Ying-arng, who modified it to create more balance and symmetry. It was further modified by Dr. Wu. Every movement has applications in self-defense.
